Billing & Subscriptions

Everything billing — invoices, payment method, plan changes, cancellation.

Where to manage billing

Sign in at kbdsystems.com/account/billing.

You'll see:

  • Your current plan
  • Your next billing date
  • Your payment method on file
  • Past invoices (downloadable PDFs)
  • Buttons to update your card, change plan, or cancel

Update your card

  1. Click Update payment method.
  2. Enter the new card details on the secure form.
  3. Save.

Payments are processed by Authorize.net. We never see or store your full card number.

Download invoices

Each completed payment appears in Invoice History with a PDF download link.

Change plans

TODO: Content Director — Document the plan-change flow (upgrade is instant; downgrade applies at next billing cycle) once finalized.

Cancel

  1. Click Cancel subscription.
  2. Choose End of current billing cycle (recommended) or End immediately.
  3. Confirm.

Your site stays online through the date you've already paid for. After that, it gets archived (we hold your content for 60 days in case you come back).

Tips

  • Save invoice PDFs for your accountant — we keep them online for 24 months.
  • Update your card before the old one expires to avoid a missed payment.
  • Cancelling does not release your domain — that stays with you.
